Support that feels familiar
Some days you need help getting the home running. Other days you need personal care, medication, meals, mobility support or someone who knows your routines without you having to explain them again.
We build support around the whole picture. The practical stuff matters. So does feeling comfortable with the people in your home.

Built around real life
Keeping the house in order, doing the washing, preparing meals, making sure there is nutritious food in the house and keeping everyday routines moving all matter.
With the right person alongside you for longer, support can also make room to run errands, work on a project, get into the garden, explore a hobby, improve your home and build a more purposeful day.

More than a task
When the right person is alongside you, everyday support can build confidence, skills and a little more room to live your life. The aim is not to take over. It is to help you keep doing the things that matter at home, and stay connected to the bigger life you want beyond it.

We do not treat support like a roster to fill. We take the time to find people who are right for you, then build a familiar team around your life.

The right Support Worker is not simply someone who can do the job. It is someone whose personality, pace and communication style feels right for you.

As trust grows, we build a familiar Crew around you. A small team of people you know makes support more stable, more relaxed and easier over time.
Clear, not complicated
Assistance with daily life is the NDIS name for support with everyday tasks and activities that help you live as independently as possible. You will usually see it under your Core supports budget. You do not need to understand the wording before you talk to us. We can work through the practical side together.
When you are ready, we can talk through what Assistance with Daily Living means for your own routine and supports in a free Meet the Crew conversation.
Practical questions
Yes. Personal care can include showering, dressing, grooming, eating, mobility and everyday routines. The Happiness Crew is a registered NDIS provider and has been certified to provide High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (Module 1). Yes. The Happiness Crew is registered under Module 2A, Implementing Behaviour Support Plans. Where someone has an applicable plan, we work with them, their support network and the relevant specialist providers to make sure the support is understood and followed.
These are common examples of Assistance with daily life when they relate to your disability support needs, plan and goals. The right support can mean getting the jobs done, doing them together to keep or build skills, or a mix of both.
That is the aim. We carefully build a small familiar team around you over time, so there is more consistency and people already know your routines if someone is away.
No. You do not need to arrive with the categories sorted. Start by telling us what life looks like and what would make a difference; we can help make sense of the practical side together.
