⛵ Hansa Sailing Experience! 🌊 Our volunteers are experienced sailors who are passionate about helping people with disabilities experience the fun and freedom of sailing. Never sailed before? No problem! You don't need any sailing experience just a willingness to give it a try! You'll be supported by an experienced volunteer or support person throughout the session. Support workers are also welcome to hop in the boat with you and join in the experience! ⛵ What to expect: • Meet at 9:30am to help with rigging the Hansa dinghy • Sailing from 10:00am–12:00pm • An experienced volunteer skipper will introduce you to the boat and provide guidance on how to safely embark • Learn the basics of sailing in a Hansa dinghy • Hoisting equipment is available to assist with getting into the boat 🍽️ Activity covered by The Happiness Crew! 📋 Registration is required Spots are limited, so register your interest early to avoid missing out!
