Our Community Access programs are funded under Support Category 04 β Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation. The primary line item is 04_102_0125_6_1 (Access Community Social and Rec Activities β Standard). We can provide a full quote and service agreement on request.
Yes. We work with NDIA-managed (agency-managed), plan-managed, and self-managed participants. For agency-managed participants, we submit claims directly through the NDIS portal. For plan-managed participants, we invoice the plan manager. For self-managed participants, we invoice the participant directly.
For Community Access programs, participants can often start within 1β2 weeks of referral, once a service agreement is in place. For SIL, the timeline depends on vacancy availability and the NDIS SIL approval process, which we can support you through.
Yes. We can provide progress notes, goal tracking reports, and supporting documentation for plan reviews on request. We're happy to collaborate with you and the participant's support team to ensure the plan review reflects their achievements and future goals.
We run programs across the greater Perth metropolitan area, including Aubin Grove, Cockburn, Fremantle, Joondalup, Rockingham, Mandurah, Armadale, Cannington, Midland, and surrounding suburbs. Our SIL home is located in Aubin Grove (6164).
