Inclusive, NDIS‑Aligned Travel Experiences That Change Lives

The Happiness Crew delivers inclusive, fully supported travel and adventure experiences designed specifically for people with disability.

As a nationally accredited Quality Tourism business, we are recognised for providing safe, accessible and high-quality experiences for people with cognitive, mobility, vision and hearing impairments.

Our trips and holidays are carefully planned and fully supported by experienced support workers who understand individual needs, goals and risks, ensuring participants can travel safely while still enjoying genuine adventure and choice.

What sets us apart is our deep understanding of support needs, our experienced team, and our commitment to tailoring every experience to the individual. From weekend escapes to once-in-a-lifetime adventures, we create inclusive travel experiences where people feel safe, supported, and free to truly live — not just visit.

💼 How NDIS Funding Is Used

NDIS funding is used for the support component of travel, not the holiday itself.

Funding may be used for:

  • Support worker hours during trips

  • Community participation supports

  • Capacity building through travel experiences

  • Respite and overnight support (where applicable)

Accommodation, meals and activities are typically self‑funded by participants. We work closely with participants, families and support coordinators to ensure funding is used appropriately, transparently and in line with NDIS guidelines.

♿ Accredited, Accessible & Inclusive

The Happiness Crew is proud to be a Quality Tourism Accredited Business, recognised nationally for delivering safe, accessible and inclusive tourism experiences. Our services support people with:

  • Psychosocial disability

  • Mobility support needs

  • Vision impairment

  • Hearing impairment

This accreditation gives families and support coordinators confidence that our trips meet high standards for safety, accessibility and visitor experience.

  • Increased independence and confidence

Travel is not just a break — it’s a powerful way to learn, grow and connect.
